It can be tough to grin and bear...

So we saw this bear in Albania and were excited at first because we thought he had come down from the mountains. However, we discovered upon closer investigation that he was chained to this dumpster and was something of a pet to some Albanian. To see this bear in this disheartening condition was very saddening. It was made worse by the fact that a young Albanian girl was the only witness to our discovery and saw the pain on our faces and our foreign language questions asking her why were there chains instead of a mountain range. Helpless as we were, we continued on our way, not knowing of anyway to help the bear.

This experience was very moving and I wondered what is going on here and what use Albanians have of a good looking creature such as this... do they make him dance on hot plates? I hope not. Does anyone know? Is there a way to help?

Post Scriptum, I realize this this posted on April Fools day but it is not a fallacious story. The only fools are those who attached this chain.
